Transport, program og tidsplan
Vi mødes kl. 8.00 i lobbyen på hotellet.
Transport.
Derfra går vi samlet til Charing Cross Station og tager Nothern Line Tube til Waterloo. Derfra tager vi Jubilee line Tube til London Bridge. Så hopper vi til almindelig tog til Quenns Rd Peckham Station, hvor vi mødes med vores vært Chris Souvlis.

Background discussion—EU & other International programs –What do you access? What do we
access? Why?
Why international links are important to us and the journey we’ve made to take the school to
‘Outstanding'/ Evelyn Holdsworth
John Donne’s international links and project work over the last 5 years – as a school/ with the
Borough/ with other partners (-- 4 Regio projects/ in-service trips (Finland/ Spain/ Portugal etc)/
Malawi & South Africa & India project work), our new project with South Bank University and
Universities and schools in Greece and Gran Canaria/ Chris Souvlis
Chance to meet & discuss with a teacher the Spanish language trips and expansion of language
teaching in school (Cat or Erika?) / & or visit to the School Radio Station learning room.
Conclusions. Final Questions.

John Donne Primary School
Oprindeligt skulle vi have besøgt en anden skole, men de måtte desværre melde fra. Så istedet er besøget ændret til John Donne Primary School. Emnet er selvfølgelig det samme "Internationalt samarbejde understøtter læring".
Vi er så heldige, at vi har fået en aftale i stand med Chris Souvlis, han er leder af internationale projekter på John Donne skolen og andre skoler i London, samt han samarbejder med "The British Counsil" hvor han tidligere har været ansat.
Han vil bla. fortælle om konkrete projekter, som fx opstarten af en radiostation i samarbejde med Portugal for at fremme sprogindlæring.
Ud over Chris, komme Evelyn med som er tidligere leder af skolen, og vil fortælle om hvordan hun som leder har prioriteret det internationale samarbejde, og hvilken indflydelse det har haft på de gode resultater i elevernes læring.
